Global Relief Project Summaries
Global Ministries and Relief has successfully designed and implemented several projects all aimed at reaching out to a dying world through word, power and acts of compassion. Below are summaries of recent projects both at home and abroad.

The restoration of 2 boreholes in Chipula, Malawi, reducing the risk of dehydration and water rationing during the +100°F Malawian summers.

The restoration of a borehole in Laugi, Malawi, reducing the risk of dehydration during the +100°F Malawian summer and giving free access to water, allowing villagers to use the money spent on safe drinking water to buy necessities previously forgone.

A feeding program in partnership with Hope for the Nations to alleviate hunger and malnutrition for 85 children in the Lower Shire area of Chickwawa and Nsenje hardest hit by the drought of 2006.

A hunger relief program designed to alleviate starvation and provide employment and self-sufficency to 22 familes in Laugi, Malawi during the drought of 2004-2006.

The distribution of money, food vouchers, building materials, household goods, clothing, and toys valued at over $12,000 to the needy in Kennar, LA during the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina.
Medical Mission to Kenya - (Click Here to view PDF)
Medical intervention in rural Kenya in which over 2,000 people were saved from Malaria, a severe chigger infestation, and infections. Over $30,000 worth of medical supplies were purchased and shipped to Kenya for the mission.

A program to stockpile new medical supplies to combat the growing medical crisis in Malawi, including malaria and the AIDS epidemic.
